Refund Policy

At Dharani Forestry & Orchards Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality organic agricultural products and farming solutions. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to maintain transparency in all transactions.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged during transportation
  • The product received is different from the product ordered
  • The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues verified by our technical team
  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock after payment has been received

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Incorrect application or usage of the product contrary to recommended guidelines
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products partially used or opened
  • Delays caused by courier services beyond our control

Refund Request Procedure

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by providing:

  • Order details
  • Photographs or videos of the issue
  • Description of the complaint

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.
