Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cancellation of Bulk Orders

For bulk agricultural orders or custom formulations:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before production or packaging begins
  • Orders already processed for production may not be eligible for cancellation

Cancellation by Dharani Forestry & Orchards Limited

We reserve the right to cancel orders in situations including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Regulatory restrictions
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
